All right, so in regards to the license and the permits, you need to also understand before you can actually get going, you'll need to choose, obviously, the Class B or Class A registration for the local environmental health department.

The majority of baked goods under the Cottage Foods Laws in Florida actually are allowed. Most if not all baked goods, pretty much fall in line with what you can make.
