 The Specialty Food Association (SFA) has replaced the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT). It is a membership-based trade organization for food artists, purveyors, importers, and business owners that deal in speciality foods that was founded in New York in 1952. These foods often consist of gourmet, premium, or hard-to-find food items.
