Bojangles’ Menu & Prices (Updated: January 2023)

The fast food chain Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits is known for its Cajun-style chicken, biscuits, and sides. Jack Fulk and Richard Thomas started the company in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1977.

Fulk, a former Hardee's franchisee, and Thomas, a former executive with the Harris Teeter supermarket chain, came up with the idea for Bojangles' when they saw an opening for a new kind of fast-food restaurant that would serve fresh, high-quality food at a fair price. They decided to focus on chicken, which was becoming more popular at the time, and to use a blend of spices inspired by Cajun food to give it a unique taste.

In Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1977, the first Bojangles' opened. On the menu, there were different kinds of chicken, such as fried chicken, chicken tenders, and chicken sandwiches. There were also homemade biscuits and a variety of sides, such as coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and gravy. On the breakfast menu, there were things like biscuits with sausage, bacon, or ham.

Bojangles' became popular quickly in the Charlotte area, and within a few years, the company had opened several more locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. By the beginning of the 1980s, Bojangles' was in other Southeast states, and by the end of the decade, the company had more than 100 restaurants.

In the 1990s, Bojangles' continued to grow. New restaurants opened in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee, among other states. Also, the company started to add new things to its menu, like sweet potato pies and Cajun-style rice.

Bojangles' went public at the beginning of the 2000s and started trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange. The company kept growing, opening new restaurants in places like Alabama, Kentucky, and Mississippi.

In the past few years, Bojangles' has focused on remodeling and updating its existing restaurants and adding new items to its menu, like chicken sandwiches and salads. The company has also been working to make it easier for customers to order online and on mobile devices. This is to better serve customers in the digital age.

Even though the restaurant business as a whole has had its problems, Bojangles' has stayed a popular and profitable business thanks to its loyal customers who love its high-quality food and down-home southern charm. With a bright future ahead, Bojangles will keep making tasty food and putting smiles on its customers' faces.   Bojangles’ Menu & Prices (Updated: January 2023)

In the end, Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits has a long history of serving fresh, high-quality food at a fair price. The company's unique blend of Cajun-inspired spices and homemade biscuits have helped it stand out in the fast-food industry and become a beloved southern institution. Bojangles is likely to stay a popular and profitable company in the years to come because it focuses on remodeling and modernizing its restaurants and adding new items to its menu.
