The only state in the U.S. that doesn't allow food sales from home is New Jersey. Find out what you can make in your state as far as what is going to be required for the licensing and permits.

Some states require a food handler's card, like a class that you can actually take to get that actual permit or the little card that allows you to do that, some States do not need that. Some states don't allow you to sell online some states actually do.
