Product requirements
The food has to go through the proper steps of being prepared, packaged, and labeled.
In order to sell the products you intend to offer, you are required to get a license from the appropriate government agency or receive approval from that agency.
You have a responsibility to guarantee that the laws of the state and federal governments are adhered to in both your products and your business operations. This includes legal requirements that are not outlined in Amazon's rules. All of the groceries and gourmet food items that we sell are brand new. You are unable to list products that have been used.
